At MR GOHAR, we ensure a smooth and timely delivery process. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Delivery Time
- Within Lahore: Orders are delivered within 2-3 days.
- Outside Lahore (Rest of Pakistan): Orders take 5-7 days for delivery.
- Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before opening the parcel. Customers are not allowed to open the parcel before making the payment.
- We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) inspection before payment.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges depend on location and order weight. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
- Any additional delivery charges due to remote locations or courier policies will be communicated beforehand.
4. Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If a customer is unavailable to receive the order, the courier will attempt delivery again.
- After multiple failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges.
